Ifraluxe – Return & Refund Policy

Return Window:
Returns or exchanges can only be requested within 5 days of receiving your parcel.

Return Conditions:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging with tags and proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return:
Email us at ifraluxe@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your parcel.
Any parcel sent back without our approval will not be accepted.

Damaged / Faulty Items
If there is any issue with your order (damage, wrong item, missing item, etc.), it will only be accepted for review if you provide an unboxing video of the parcel clearly showing the fault. Without this video proof, we will not be able to process a claim.
Refunds
Advance payments are non-refundable if you change your mind or cancel after placing an order. Once production/processing starts, cancellation or refund due to personal reasons is not possible.
